How To Reduce Bad Breath In The Morning – The Morning Bad Breath
Do you know that dry mouth feeling when you first wake up in the morning?
Before you realize what is happening there is a problem with your breath. How do you know?
Because your, partner, husband, wife, or spouse turns their head away from you in disgust as they catch a whiff of your stinky breath coming in their direction. That’s when the penny drops. That’s the moment you realize there is a problem with your breath.
If it is any comfort to you, there are many other people, just like you, who suffer from morning bad breath. But it is not sympathy you are after, so much as a bad breath cure, I suspect.
So what steps can you take to stop it happening? Even if you clean your teeth at night before you go to bed this alone does not stop the problem. Toothpaste by itself does not prevent bad breath either. What I find does help me is brushing, or, scraping my tongue. You can brush the tongue with an ordinary toothbrush, or use one of those special tongue scrapers.
They are quick and easy to use. And, more important, they are effective. The tongue collects particles of food which, if left, cause the breath to smell. A tongue scraper will quickly get rid of that horrible looking brown colour on the tongue, and it will look pink and healthy afterwards. The great thing is, it takes me less than a minute to clean my tongue in this way.
If you do not have a spare toothbrush to do the job, you can use or an ordinary spoon, turned upside down, and rubbed gently along the surface of the tongue.
Always use good dental hygiene if you want to avoid morning bad breath, and keep your breath smelling fresh all through the day.
